渔夫和金鱼的故事
A long long time ago ,an old fisherman lived with his wife by the sea.They lived in a broken boat.One day he caught a beautiful fish and was surprised to （对……感到惊奇）hear it speaking.“Please let me go,Old Fisherman,” said the fish.“If you let me go,I'll give you anything that you want.”He took the fish back into the water,for（后面的部分表示原因） he was a kind-hearted man.
When the fisherman got home,he saw his wife standing outside a beautiful new house with a small garden beside it.They were happy there for a few weeks,until one day the wife said to the husband,“This house isn't big enough for us now.Go down to the little fish and ask him for a bigger one.”
So off the fisherman went,unhappily.When he came down to the sea he called the fish and told him what his wife had said and what she wanted.“Go home then ,” said the fish.“She is already in it.”
When the fisherman got home,he found his new house had become a grand building,with trees surrounding it.In the front （在……前面） there was a large garden covered with green grass.His greedy wife was having tea in a fine big hall.Several servants were attending to her.
