First,look in the mirror and say to yourself,"I am the best.I can do anything!I'm just a little bit green."It may not sound so good,but it really works.
Second,learn something new.Studying can make you feel happy from the bottom of your heart.If you feel studying is very tiring,just think that patience is bitter,but its fruit is sweet.
Third,be friendly to people you meet.Smile to everyone.When you just smile to the world,you will receive double of that.
Anyway,happiness is with you all the time and the most important thing is that you catch it.
