（2）有效的合法商业登记文件（复印件）：商业登记文件指申请企业的商业登记（复印件），并附中文说明，说明登记证书种类、证书内容、发证机关、发证日期等。

（3）供货企业的生产/经营和质量控制的基本材料：（指企业为保证棉花符合中国法律法规和合同要求而采取的一系列措施或做法。应包括棉花质量检验制度；计量、设备校准制度；出口棉花包装控制制度）。
（4）组织机构、部门和岗位职责：指企业涉及质量控制管理的部门及其岗位职责
（5）稳定的经营场所或加工场所的资料（平面图）：指固定办公场所地址、标有尺寸的平面图照片
（6）对棉花质量控制的承诺
（7）在上一年度棉花贸易活动中，不存在严重质量问题，未发现有害物质，无造成严重后果的不良记录的声明。
（8）申请企业对供货方质量控制方式的证明。
请提供企业对供货方的质量控制的相关要求和对货源质量的验收方式（自验或是委托验收，提交1份自验或委托验收的证明）。

You need prepare the below materials:
1. application form; I will translate and give your Chinese version to you to sign;
2. your legal and effective business document which including your legal representatives'name, your company's name, your registered office address, and you need translate these documents into Chinese as the same form of original your business document ;
3. more than8 photos of your office/processing yard, which must show your company's name logo, road sign/mark which can show clearly your office/yard address;
4. layout of your office/processing yard( if you have one), with measuring units;
5. your test reports of you cotton, translate these reports into Chinese;
