Hello!Two types of the Burberry shawls you purchased have a temporary shortage at present.Due to the start of Chinese Lunar New Year,which begins from Feb 11 to Feb 20- seven days in all,the post office here will close during that period.Today,Feb 10,is the last day of its working days.In order to make you receive the products as soon as possible,I have to rush to send them before the holiday comes.I'm sorry to inform you that sending messages and waiting for your preferred color will go beyond the time,which would delay the products sended today as a result.Thus,other products you bought have been sent sucessfully today except those two shawls.The rest are scheduled to be sent to you after the holiday.Thanks for your understanding and patience!

Dear Mr/Ms__, two kinds of the Burberry scarfs that you purchased are temporarily out of stock. Since the Chinese Lunar New Year is coming, the post office will be closed during the legal new year's holiday(Feb11-Feb20). Since today(Feb10) is the last working day, I'm afraid that waiting for your reply to change to other colors may go beyond the time. In order to make you receive the products as soon as possible, all the other products you bought have already been successfully sent out. The rest two scarfs will be sent out right after the holiday.
