Which the students point of view:to use,because it has many uses,the information,take photos and so on.
Parents point of view:do not use,because it will affect their learning.
Teachers point of view:can be used,television can not be used in class.
I personally agree with the teacher's point of view,so the students,please do not use cell phones in the classroom.

More and more students have been using the phone,for this,I make a investigation simply.
The view of students:to use omnidirectionally ,because it has many uses:to send the information,to watch the film,to take photos and so on.
The view of parents:not familiar with function partly ,because they are not so much initiative with new stuff.
The view of teachers :can be used partly,watching television can not be used in class.
personally,I agree on the teacher's view,for the students,we had better not use the cellphone in the classrom.
意见：你的第一句缺少谓语,构不成句子.去掉SO,不是因为人使用多了,你就调查,没有因果关系.并列的使用相同的句型.
在以后的写作中,要多多练习,注意句子语序,句子成分,习语搭配,时态的协调性.祝你能学好英语.
