根据四川省梓潼县马迎小学教学楼灾后重建项目的特点和施工条件,通过对以前课本的复习和各方面的收集资料,对图纸的仔细阅读和理解,完成了对施工组织设计的编制.并利用“project”软件完成了进度计划表.
施工组织设计是建设准备阶段的一项非常重要的内容,其任务是实现基本建设计划和实际要求,对整个工程的施工选择科学的施工方案和合理的安排,作为施工全过程的依据,从而协调各施工单位、各工种之间、资源与时间之间、各资源之间的合理关系.在整个施工过程中,按照客观的经济、技术规律,做出合理、先进、科学的安排,使整个工程在施工中取得相对最优的效果.
本施工组织设计需严格按照国家现行建筑标准编制.主要内容包括：工程概况,主要分部分项工程施工方案和技术措施,工程质量保证措施,安全生产技术措施,现场文明施工、环境保护措施,保证工期措施,等.

The compilation of the construction management planning for the Maying Primary School of Zitong County in Sichuan Procince has been completed; this was based on the characteristics and conditions of post-disaster reconstruction projects, reviews of previous textbooks and the collection of materials in various aspects, as well as the meticulous reading and understanding of relevant drawings. The schedule program of the project was also completed by the application of ‘Project’ software.
