金融是现代经济的核心,随着经济全球化与金融全球化进程的进一步加快,金融业的竞争日益激烈,要想在这一全球性的奥林匹克经济竞争的大赛场上取得竞争优势,必须有强大的金融竞争优势为后盾.商业银行是我国金融体系的主体,提高我国商业银行的国际竞争力是金融业可持续发展的关键.因此,客观地评价我国商业银行的竞争能力,分析其影响因素,有的放矢地为我国商业银行提升竞争力提供建议,对我国银行业发展有着重要的意义,也必将对深化我国金融体制改革有着全局性的影响.

Finance is the core of today’s economy.With Globalization maturing,the financial service industry has become more and more competitive.In order to gain an advantage in this financial Olympics,one must have a strong financial infrastructure.The commercial bank is the backbone of our financial services industry.Strengthening the competitiveness of our commercial banks globally is the key of gaining competitive advantage.Therefore,an objective critics and a detail analysis of our commercial banking will provide prudent suggestions to improve our commercial banking system and a meaningful long-term growth strategy.This will also help revolutionizing our financial system.There has been a long standing bottle neck in our financial system and that is the quality of our commercial bank employees.Our employee quality is the main reason of our low quality of service in the commercial banking sector.Improving the quality of our bank employees has become the most critical problem banks face today.Finding a solution to this problem is the foundation and the purpose of paper.This paper begins with the analysis of the quality of our banking employees,through the analysis the problem of our human capital management is found.Based on international known commercial banking experience,suggestions and policies on how to improve the quality of our banking employees are provided.These recommendations give a solid foundation and theories to strengthen the competitiveness of our commercial banking sector.
