主要还是需要你自己努力加强提高.
要把课本上的单词全记住.尽量背诵一些短文和对话,即使背不下来也要每天背诵几个句子.并默写.
每天结合所学内容做些习题.遇到问题及时查阅参考资料,或问老师.千万不要拖.
尽量扩大自己的词汇量,词汇量大了.阅读的障碍少了.理解能力就强了.考试也就容易.成绩也会提高.
做起来可不容易.提高多少看你自己了.
主要看你考什么，如果是简单的考试7天绰绰有余，多做几套卷子，提高应试能力。难的话基本没戏，例如gre gmat
